Surgery must be cancelled at least 2 weeks before the date of surgery to qualify for a full refund (click here for full policy).

Insurance Policy

Vasectomy reversal procedures are not run through insurance and are cash pay services only.  The services are run through our affiliate service, Laboratory and Procedural Services.  This is one of the main reasons we are able to offer these services at the lowest price in the US.
