In order to do a video consult, you need a medical license for the state in which the person resides. We recognize that some other vasectomy reversal practices do offer video consults to all states even without state licenses in those states, however, because this is not legal, we are not able to offer them.
We would love to do free video consults, but the main issue is that we have received >1000 requests for information every few weeks, and it would just not be physically possible to do the consults and still keep our prices as low as they are. In the end, we figured people would still prefer to have the reversal done for as low a price as possible (we could be wrong though - feel free to send feedback).
Yes; absolutely. You can either email our office (email@mfp.clinic) or call us (888-655-0015) and let us know good dates / times to call you back. Please recognize though that we would only be able to provide information and could not specifically counsel you on medical recommendations (not legal to do so except in the states noted above).
