Why are video consults only available in certain states?

Why do you charge for video consults?

We would love to do free video consults, but the main issue is that we have received >1000 requests for information every few weeks, and it would just not be physically possible to do the consults and still keep our prices as low as they are. In the end, we figured people would still prefer to have the reversal done for as low a price as possible (we could be wrong though - feel free to send feedback).

Is there a way I can speak with the surgeons prior to scheduling?
