We would love to receive video testimonials of your experience with our clinic. Although the intent of these is to share them on our website for potential future patients to see, you may request that they be removed at any time. If you are willing to share a video testimonial, you can film yourself via your phone or other method and email it to us at email@mfp.clinic. If the file is too large, you can send it via a 3rd party software, such as wetransfer.com. We will reimburse you for your time, $50 for each topic that you submit, up to a maximum of $150. Potential topics could include:

- How your overall journey was / has been getting to the point of treatment
