- How to Opt In: You may opt in by checking the appropriate box during online registration, providing consent on paper forms, or texting a designated keyword to our short code or phone number.
- How to Opt Out: You can stop receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us, or by contacting our office. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message.

Privacy & Security: We take your privacy very seriously. Text messages will never include specific clinical details, diagnoses, or sensitive medical information unless you have separately and explicitly authorized us in writing to do so. All communications containing protected health information (PHI) will continue to be handled in full compliance with HIPAA through secure methods (e.g., patient portal, encrypted email, or phone calls).
