Scheduling - Post-vasectomy Semen Analysis
This will schedule you for a post-vasectomy semen analysis. You may choose to perform the semen collection in the office at the time of the visit or bring a sample in from home. If you choose to collect the sample at home, please place it in a watertight container. You may collect the specimen even several days prior to the appointment if desired.
